Career Progression & Learning Opportunities
As part of your induction into the team here at Hillcroft, you will get to know so much more than just the company and our residents, you will become part of the Hillcroft family and will be guided through the transition process and initial training by our dedicated training team, who will help to support your growth throughout your entire Hillcroft career.
Our dedicated on-site Hillcroft Training Academy shows that we invest in the development of our people. Employees have the opportunity to develop within their roles, or progress through the organisation. Our colleagues are encouraged to undertake formal qualifications including Apprenticeship courses in Health & Social care. We also offer the opportunity to selected colleagues to undertake the newly developed Assistant Practioner Level 5 Apprenticeship in partnership with the University of Cumbria. Plus, there are many short courses facilitated by our Academy. We support the talent within Hillcroft, our ethos is to be the best we can possibly be, and we actively encourage continuous personal development. All that we ask is for a positive, can-do attitude.
